These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services available at raffted.com (“Raffted”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Raffted is a community platform for dental professionals, students, dental labs and other stakeholders in the dental field in India.

Raffted acts as an intermediary platform and does not create, control, or take responsibility for user-generated content.

By registering for an account or using any part of the Raffted platform (“Platform”), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Raffted is owned and operated by an individual based in Hyderabad, India.

The Platform is intended only for persons connected to the dental field in India. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are one of the following: BDS student or dental student enrolled in a recognised institution; BDS / MDS or other dental graduate or post-graduate; Practising dental clinician or consultant; Dental lab owner or lab technician; Person searching for jobs or courses in the dental field.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information about your identity, qualifications and role.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.

The Platform is not for patients or general public health queries, and is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

Raffted is a professional community platform for the dental ecosystem in India. Key features include:

• Profiles — Users can create professional profiles (name, role, primary location, etc.).
• Community feed — Users can post text, images and videos; like, comment and share posts; and interact with other users.
• Messaging — Users can send messages to known and unknown professionals via the Platform.

Find section — Users can search for consultants, jobs, courses and labs by entering a pincode or location or by using device location (if enabled). This shows what is available in or around that location.

Raffted may update, add or remove features at any time at its discretion.

To use most features, you must create an account on Raffted. During registration we will ask for:

• Full name
• Username (optional)
• Role (one of: Dentist / BDS Consultant / Clinic / Practice Owner / Lab Technician / Dental Student)
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Password
• Primary location (preferred city or area)

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

Raffted is intended to be a respectful professional community. By using the Platform, you agree that you will:

• Interact with other users with professionalism, dignity and respect.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Dentists Act, 1948 and relevant codes of ethics where applicable.
• Keep your profile information accurate and up-to-date.

You must not:

• Post or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory on the basis of religion, caste, gender, politics, or any other protected characteristic.
• Post political propaganda or content aiming to influence electoral politics.
• Engage in bullying, trolling or targeted harassment of any user or group.
• Impersonate any person, practice, institution or organisation, or misrepresent your identity, qualifications or role.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer or damage the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Upload viruses, malware or any harmful code.
• Use the Platform for spam, mass unsolicited messages, or commercial solicitation outside normal professional networking.
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, logos or photographs you do not own or have permission to use).
• Use the Platform for any activities that violate professional advertising or ethical rules applicable to dentists in India.

Raffted allows users to upload and share user-generated content (UGC) such as posts, discussions, images, videos and X-rays.

As of now, Raffted does not process any payments on the Platform.

Any jobs, courses, labs or consultants shown on Raffted may involve separate agreements between you and the third party outside Raffted (for example, if you later pay them directly or via another platform).

Raffted is not involved in payment flows, pricing, refunds or cancellations and is not liable for any financial or contractual disputes between users and third parties.

The Platform may contain links to external websites or resources. Raffted does not control and is not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of third-party sites.

Content on Raffted (including posts, discussions, images or any other material) is for professional networking and educational discussion only.

It does not constitute medical advice to patients and must not replace your own professional judgement, local regulations or standard clinical protocols.

Raffted does not review, approve or endorse any particular clinical opinion, treatment plan, product, job, course or lab appearing on the Platform.

You remain solely responsible for your clinical decisions and professional conduct.

Raffted does not provide medical consultation services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Raffted and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, reputation, income, opportunities or employment.

We are not liable for:

• Any clinical decisions you make, or outcomes for your patients.
• Any hiring, job or consultancy outcomes.
• Any payments, refunds or commercial agreements between you and third parties.
• Any content posted by users, including misuse of patient information.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim connected with your use of the Platform will not exceed the total amount you have paid to Raffted in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently zero, as the Platform is free).

Raffted does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raffted and its owner from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Any content you upload, including patient-related content.
• Any dispute between you and another user, clinic, lab, employer, course provider or other third party.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies.
• You provide false or misleading information or credentials.
• Your conduct risks damage to other users or to the Platform.
• We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.

You may delete your account at any time using any available account deletion option or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you via email or in-platform notice.

Your continued use of Raffted after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may in future add a more detailed dispute resolution / arbitration clause if required by law or practice.
